Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. Once reviewed, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible unused items, contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the correct instructions and return location. Do not return products to the address on the shipping label unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return shipping

Unless an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, return-shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility. We will confirm any applicable costs before the return is sent.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
